ABSTRACT
The presented case concerns the course of pregnancy in a 31-year-old patient with a rare congenital heart defect, which constitutes approximately 0.5% of all congenital defects. It was a high-risk pregnancy (class III mWHO) complicated by heart failure. Patient delivered by cesarean section in the 31st week of pregnancy. During the entire pregnancy, the patient remained under the care of an expert center. Clinical decisions were made within a multidisciplinary team - heart team.
